SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - COMMERCIAL DOMAIN

Our Automation, AI, and Data (AAD) team empowers Thermo Fisher colleagues to
integrate cutting-edge digital solutions into their daily workflows, enhancing
innovation and efficiency. Our goal is to democratize automation, AI, and data,
remove bottlenecks, and to bring clarity to recent ways of working that prepare us
for the future. By leveraging these advancements, we are better equipped to




serve our customers and support our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner
and safer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Own business analysis and requirements for Enterprise Commercial AI
solutions.
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience,
Pricing, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and CRM teams.
* Good knowledge on how Commercial teams operate, their workflows and the
related tools of trade
* Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate with Digital Technology, Data & AI, Product Management, and
Engineering.
* Lead workshops and process discovery sessions.
* Drive stakeholder adoption and change management.
* Measure KPIs and business value realization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 10+ years in enterprise digital product delivery or business analysis.
* 3+ years as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar.
* Experience in delivering Softwar
