Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in railway engineering and project management in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a team-oriented, forward-thinking, and innovative team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of engineering projects by ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, technical teams, supply chain, industrial, quality, depot managers, supervisors, and procurement), lead design reviews,



and manage configuration and design change processes, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing maintenance plans using the latest techniques and methodologies, but also manage obsolescence plans and ensure compliance with safety standards.
We’ll look to you for:

Owning and managing the configuration and design change management work package for projects.

Optimizing maintenance plans by leveraging R&D; developments and advanced methodologies like CBM and RCM.

Analyzing technical performance and setting up improvement plans with clear KPIs and actions.

Detecting, defining, and implementing product modifications to improve reliability and serviceability.

Supporting the Product Safety Management System to mitigate safety risks effectively.

Developing and reporting on LCC models and identifying optimization opportunities.
