Job Description -

Social Media Management in partnership with agency
- Develop social media content strategy, aligned to the brand positioning strategy for the corporate (Godrej Enterprises Group) handles




- Executing various types of campaigns in line with the social media growth & engagement strategy. Monitoring progress, reporting and reviewing periodically.
- Managing social media calendars and execute content plans across various platforms primarily, LinkedIn and Instagram with platform-first content.
- Rolling out at least 3 tent pole social media first campaigns, including ideation, planning, execution and analysis.
- Monitoring social media channels for brand mentions, ensuring consistent messaging and timely responses.
- Partnering with BUs and cross-functional teams to gather content details and ensure seamless production and publishing.
- Identifying and working on opportunities to amplify user-generated content (e.g., testimonials, campus visits, company events) for social media engagement.
