Job Summary:
Manage defined workstreams within GBS / GCC and operating model transformation engagements, taking responsibility for structuring the approach, shaping the analysis, and delivering high-quality outputs within agreed timelines
Own and lead projects – guiding team, reviewing outputs, and ensuring coherence across deliverables at the workstream level
Manage client presentations, workshop materials,



and proposal sections independently, contributing actively to client discussions and working sessions
Develop business cases, cost analyses, value realization frameworks, and supporting models for GBS / SSC setup and transformation assignments
Apply a process and operating-model perspective across GBS design, governance, KPI and maturity frameworks, and emerging areas such as Gen AI–enabled processes
Lead business development efforts through research, pitch preparation, and proposal development
Excel as a long-term trusted advisor and partner by providing thought leadership and profound knowledge of market trends
