As an HR & Business Operations Officer, you will work directly with the founder to build HiWox's people, culture, and operational foundation.

Key Responsibilities Human Resource Management

Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare, technology, AI, product,



marketing, research, and business teams.
Create job descriptions, hiring strategies, interview processes, onboarding programs, and employee documentation.
Build HR policies, organizational structures, performance management systems, KPIs, OKRs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Business Operations

Coordinate day-to-day business operations across product development, healthcare services, technology, research, partnerships, marketing, finance, and administration.
Build and implement SOPs, operational workflows, documentation systems, dashboards, and business process automation.
Track projects, deadlines, milestones, and team deliverables to ensure timely execution across departments.
