Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Finance Manager with a solid background in finance and accounting to take control over inventory, requisitions, and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) policy at our manufacturing plant.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of PQE as a Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Management Accounting (CMA) with expertise in manufacturing processes, direct & indirect costs management, conversion costing, and compliance within a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Requisition Control: Oversee the financial aspects of the inventory management, procurement, and material requisitions in line with the budget defined in the AOP.
Conversion Costing: Implement processes for reporting the conversion costing of the manufacturing process and highlight deviations from the costs considered in the AOP.
