Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
Support continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to improving test automation processes and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Exposure to Agentforce.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and release management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
