Verdhix Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Projects & Operations team.
Position: Civil Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Gadchiroli, Maharashtra- Project Sites (As Required)
Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
3–10 years of relevant experience
Experience in Industrial, Infrastructure, Pipeline, EPC, Commercial, or Mining projects preferred
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
Manage material planning, measurements, billing, and documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and statutory regulations
Required Skills




Knowledge of RCC, structural works, foundations, roads, drainage, and industrial civil works
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word (MS Project preferred)
Understanding of estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and billing
Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Head
