Oracle APEX Developer Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Works with business groups to analyze, define, and address business requirements for applications and interfaces. Develops cost and resource estimates for projects. Designs, develops, tests, and supports enterprise applications and services according to specifications within a collaborative team environment.

Prepares detailed system documentation including requirements, specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Provides recommendations on database design, SQL optimization, and application architecture. Provides technical leadership for project teams during implementation activities.

Performs unit, system, and validation testing as needed. Coordinates with Operations staff on application deployment and with IT Service Desk teams to provide ongoing production support. Provides guidance and mentoring to junior staff in executing systems development responsibilities.

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.



Demonstrates sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions while receiving minimal day-to-day supervision. Functions as a fully qualified, career-oriented professional capable of resolving a wide range of issues in creative and effective ways.

Requirements Robust hands-on experience with Oracle APEX development.

Strong

Oracle PL/SQL programming, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-level Oracle database applications.

Experience with database design, SQL optimization, and application integrations/interfaces. Ability to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable business applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers preferred.

Experience with Java development preferred.

Experience with Crystal Reports preferred.
