We're expanding and looking for a Qualified Recruiter who can support our growing hiring needs across the US region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex roles.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 24 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles.
- Basic understanding of IT profiles and technologies.
- Experience using LinkedIn and ATS tools.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing or consulting environments. • Exposure to technical sourcing or Boolean searches.Role & responsibilities
