KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HT Line Operations: Own daily operation, uptime, and output of the Sioplas Extrusion Line and MVCC Line, ensuring insulation thickness, eccentricity, and curing parameters conform to IS/IEC standards.

- Process &
- Quality Control:

Monitor line parameters (temperature zones, line speed, screw RPM, vacuum/degassing) and partner with QA/QC to minimise rejections, rework, and insulation defects.

- Manpower Management: Supervise shift-in-charges, machine operators, and helpers across the HT unit; plan manning, shift rosters, and skill-based deployment across the Sioplas and MVCC lines.

- Maintenance Liaison: Coordinate with the maintenance/electrical &

- SCADA teams for preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown response, and spares planning for extrusion and vulcanisation equipment.





- Safety &

- Compliance:

Enforce factory safety norms, PPE discipline, and statutory compliance on the shop floor; lead incident investigation and corrective action for the HT unit.

- Cost &

- Efficiency: Track raw material (XLPE compound, conductor) consumption norms, minimise scrap/wastage, and drive OEE improvement on both lines.

Reporting: Maintain daily production MIS, downtime analysis, and rejection reports; escalate line issues and capacity constraints to the Plant Head with corrective plans.

Pay: ₹9,141.87 - ₹20,865.69 per month
