Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily factory operations.

- Handle factory staff and ensure smooth production.

- Prepare and submit daily production and attendance reports.

- Conduct site visits as required.

- Coordinate with management and workers to maintain productivity.

- Ensure quality standards and workplace discipline.

- Monitor inventory, materials, and operational activities.

Requirements

- Experience in factory supervision or operations.

- Positive communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to manage workers and solve operational issues.

- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred

Timings: 9AM to 9PM
