We are hiring a professional and target-driven Operations Manager for our US truck insurance operations — leading the team and running day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for overseeing operational workflow, team performance, compliance, reporting and overall efficiency.
This role requires strong communication skills, a respectful approach, and the ability to represent the company professionally with international clients.
What you'll do
- Recruit, train, and manage the operations team
- Oversee daily workflow and CRM management
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
- Maintain quality, compliance, and process standards
- Prepare reports and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with our US team
What we're looking for
- Experience managing operations or teams (US process/BPO experience is a plus)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Robust leadership and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Available to work US hours (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST, Monday–Friday)
