Mumbai

The Role In one line: every confirmed order gets made correctly, tracked accurately and dispatched on the date we promised. You run two production teams and the stores. Apparel has its own cutting, printing, fusing, stitching and packing teams.

Merchandise has its own printing and packing teams. Design is shared between both, so you also manage that queue. You don't do the work at the station, you decide what each team runs today, hold the timeline, hold the quality standard, and keep material and stock ahead of the plan.

What you'll own Order execution - Every confirmed order across all the channels — planned, produced, packed and dispatched on its committed date. Nothing sits, nothing is forgotten. Every open order has a live status you can state without opening a file.

Production

Teams - Apparel : Designing Check, Cutting, Printing, Stitching, Quality Check, Packing & Dispatch

Merchandise : Designing Check, Printing, Packing, Quality Check & Dispatch Different rhythms, Different sets of failure modes. You run both to one standard. Man Power & Daily Planning -

Work backwards from committed dispatch dates into a transparent daily plan per team. Allocate people, balance load so one team isn't idle while the other drowns, cover absenteeism, cut idle time. Stores & Warehousing - Blanks, fabric, trims, packaging and finished goods. Defined storage, accurate physical counts, clean issue and return records, no dead or lost stock. You should be able to answer “how many do we have” in seconds and be right.

Stock

Indenting - Raise timely, accurate indents to the purchase team based on the order pipeline and reorder levels. You don't buy or negotiate — you make sure purchase never gets a request too late to act on. Production stopping for want of material is on you, not on them.

Quality

Across both Lines - In-process checks at every stage, not one check at the end. Wrong customisation, wrong size, poor print, weak stitching,

damaged items — caught where they happen. Inward goods from vendors inspected for quantity, quality and branding accuracy before they enter production or a kit.

Dispatch

Operations - Packing standards, labelling, documentation, courier partners, shipping, aggregators and transporters. Pickup delays, courier exceptions, RTOs, breakages and damage claims — you resolve them rather than forwarding them on. What's not in this role

You are not responsible for purchasing, vendor negotiation, supplier payments, accounts or costing — those sit elsewhere. You raise the indent and inspect what arrives; purchase does the rest. You'll be measured on

- On-time dispatch rate across all channels
- Defect and rework rate — wrong customisation, wrong size, print or stitch quality
- Stock accuracy and zero production stoppages caused by a late indent
- Order-to-dispatch turnaround time
- Monitoring In-transit breakage, damage and RTO
- Team output and idle time across both production teams Who we're looking for
- 3–5 years on a production floor in garments, sportswear, custom apparel, sublimation printing, promotional products or corporate gifting.
- You've assigned daily work to a team and held people to output — decided it, not just tracked it.
- You've handled stores or stock in some form and you know why an inaccurate count is worse than a low one.
- Working command of Excel or Google Sheets — trackers, filters, a clean daily report.

Accurate, on time, every day.

- Relentless follow-up.

The biggest failure in this business is a thing that was “supposed to be done” and nobody checked.
- You'd rather catch an error before printing than explain one after dispatch.
- Firm without friction — able to hold a deadline conversation with a stitching in-charge and a courier vendor in the same hour.

Helpful, not essential: kitting or gift-hamper assembly, D2C or marketplace order handling, UV printing or laser engraving exposure, shipping aggregators, any ERP (Odoo) & Some internal AI System for Operation Processing. Be clear before you apply

- This is a hands-on floor and desk process role.
- We're a growing SME, not a large corporate. If you need an established system to plug into,

you may find this frustrating.

- Deadlines are real. A tournament doesn't move because a printer jammed and a joining-day welcome kit is useless the day after. Corporate gifting brings seasonal spikes — Diwali and joining season get heavy.
