Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch operations, ensuring productive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for general insurance sales, health insurance sales, and team handling.
- Oversee floor management, direct channel sales, and target achievement to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth and improvement.
- Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in branch management, floor management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of direct channel sales, direct sales, floor operations, and target planning/achievement principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in General Insurance Sales and Health Insurance Sales knowledge is essential.
- Candidate should be proficient in Malayalam.
