As we expand across Karnataka, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence.

Operations Manager (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of all Novus Health Labs branches and collection centers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of laboratory, reception, home collection, and customer service operations.
- Supervise branch managers and support staff to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor patient experience and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, finance, HR, marketing, and logistics teams.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), daily MIS reports, and business dashboards.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with NABL guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle vendor coordination, inventory control, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.




- Support expansion by setting up new branches and improving operational processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or laboratory operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), MS Excel, and operational reporting is preferred.
