Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end medical coding operations across multiple accounts and teams.

Drive productivity, quality, SLA, and financial performance.

Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, HIPAA, and client-specific coding guidelines.

Manage client relationships, governance calls, and operational escalations.

Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Team Leads, and coding teams.

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

Manage risk, business continuity, and continuous improvement programs.

What We're Looking For

✔ 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare/Medical Coding Operations.

✔ 3–6+ years in a leadership role (Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager/Assistant Manager).





✔ Experience managing large-scale, multi-client medical coding operations.

✔ Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, payer guidelines, HIPAA, and quality compliance.

✔ CPC/CCS/CIC certification is preferred.

✔ Experience leading teams of 150+ FTEs through multiple levels of leadership.
