: Assistant Store Manager – QSR

Role Objective

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of assigned outlets, ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards, customer experience, food safety, and profitability. This role drives sales growth, cost efficiency, and people development across outlets while ensuring compliance with all statutory and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned outlets, ensuring adherence to brand SOPs and service standards.
- Conduct regular store visits/audits to monitor operational, hygiene, and service quality standards.
- Drive resolution of operational issues and ensure smooth functioning of outlets during peak hours.
- Own outlet-wise sales targets and drive initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Monitor and control COGS, labour cost, and other operating expenses within budget.
- Analyse outlet P&L; and implement corrective action plans where required.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints; drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure 100% compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, and food safety norms across outlets.
- Train, and develop store teams; drive succession planning at store level.
- Monitor staff attrition, discipline,



and grooming standards; foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for store teams.
- Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure timely and quality supply of materials.
- Support new store openings, including manpower planning, training, and launch readiness.
- Ensure new outlets are set up in line with brand standards and launch timelines.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS, P&L;, and performance reports to management.
- Track key operational metrics and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in QSR/F&B;/retail operations, with at least 2-3 years in a multi-outlet or area management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
