Role Description The Operations Manager role at EVCure is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Operations

Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities across the EV after-sales ecosystem, including service coordination, workflow management, and resource allocation. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities also include implementing best practices, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and providing operational reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management, including process optimization and workflow coordination.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and use insights to improve performance.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, service management platforms, and basic MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach team members, and foster a culture of accountability.
- Experience in automotive, EV, logistics, or service operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru and willingness to be present at service locations as needed.
