About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager – Interior Design Projects to lead end-to-end site operations, procurement logistics, and project execution. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design handoff and final client delivery, ensuring high finishing standards, timeline adherence, and cost efficiencies across our residential and commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Oversee complete fit-out workflows from design handoff through to final client handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage material sourcing, vendor negotiations, production schedules, and site logistics for uninterrupted workflows.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict site safety compliance, local building standards, and rigorous fine-finish quality checks across all active project sites.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central point of coordination between internal design teams, factory production units, site supervisors, and external sub-contractors.
- Financial & Cost Control: Track project budgets,



monitor labor and material expenses, and oversee job-cost forecasting and client billing milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Business Operations.
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven operational or project management experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or the modular furniture industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of building materials, finish specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Key Attributes: Solid leadership, proactive crisis management, structured timeline planning, and excellent stakeholder communication.
