Job Title: Operations & Program Coordination Intern

Location: Dehradun / Haridwar / Hybrid (or Remote with local visits)

Duration: 6 Months

Role Summary The Operations & Program Coordination Intern will assist the executive team (Vice President, Secretary, and Trustees) in organizing ground activities, tracking therapy unit logistics, managing communications, and maintaining documentation for the foundation's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Coordination: Assist in scheduling, tracking, and logistics for Mobile Therapy Units, early intervention workshops, and community outreach drives.
- Stakeholder & Community Liaison: Coordinate meetings between medical experts (like Dr. Pranav), beneficiaries, volunteers, and local partners.
- Documentation & MIS: Maintain beneficiary logs, meeting minutes, activity reports, and database records in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Digital Outreach & Content: Create basic social media updates, event summaries, and media coverage notes for press outlets.
- Administrative Support:



Support the Secretary and Board in day-to-day scheduling, official correspondence, and event coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Public Health, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi (written and spoken is essential for local stakeholder coordination) and working proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Docs/Sheets, and basic social media handling.
- Soft Skills: Robust organizational ability, empathetic communication, willingness to travel locally, and a self-starter attitude.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per month
