- Prepare, communicate, and monitor the annual budget for the site(s) assigned
- Planning, resource utilization & workforce management at the site.
- Implement cost-saving measures to substantially reduce person- days, production costs, raw materials, and energy consumption.
- Establish and maintain liaison with external qualified, business, financial, and governmental bodies relevant to the operations Stakeholder management, including MPPCB, CPCB & MOEF.
- Implement safety, health, and environment ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001 (IMS).
- Maintain & Monitor project MIS
- Review, update and monitor the risk register for the site(s)
Qualification & Experience
- BE/B. Tech/Post Graduation
- With 12-20 years of experience in shopfloor operations, marketing, QA/QC, planning & production in the chemical/ process/ cement/ pesticide/ pharma/ paint/ petroleum/ hazardous waste management
