About the Role

We're hiring for Operations Executive and Operations Associate positions to support day-to-day operations, event execution, and campus/community engagement. We're open to candidates with any kind of events experience — college fests, campus ambassador programs, interdisciplinary events, club organizing, or general operations work. What matters most is that you can manage moving parts, coordinate people, and get things done on the ground.

What You'll Do

Operations

- Support day-to-day operational workflows — scheduling, vendor coordination, logistics, and process tracking
- Maintain and update trackers/dashboards for tasks, budgets, and timelines




- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and events
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
- Handle ad-hoc operational issues and troubleshoot on the spot

Campus & Event Engagement

- Help run or support campus ambassador programs and student engagement initiatives
- Plan and execute on-campus/college events, workshops, and interdisciplinary initiatives
- Recruit, coordinate, and manage student ambassadors or event volunteers
- Build and maintain relationships with student bodies, clubs, and college administrations
- Track engagement metrics and report on event/program outcomes

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in any kind of events — college events, campus ambassador programs, fests, interdisciplinary events, or similar — is a strong plus (any level or type of involvement counts, not just leadership roles)

- Comfort managing logistics and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including college students
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of details across several ongoing activities

- Self-starter, comfortable working with some ambiguity

Nice to Have
