Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day travel and hotel operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of bookings, vendor coordination, customer satisfaction, and team management while maintaining high operational standards.

Freshers and interns are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily tour and hotel operations.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, guides, and local partners.
- Supervise reservation, booking, and itinerary execution.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor hotel occupancy, room inventory, and service quality.
- Support and guide the operations team to achieve service excellence.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and operational documentation.
- Maintain operational reports and performance dashboards.
- Assist in improving SOPs and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of partner hotels and travel services.

Requirements





- Minimum Graduation to Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality operations (Freshers/Interns can apply).
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of North Bengal, Sikkim, and Northeast destinations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reservation systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
