Key Responsibilities :-Process and manage daily orders without errors. Schedule dispatches and ensure timelines are met. Track shipments end-to-end and take follow-ups proactively. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and stock planning. Manage inventory updates and avoid stock mismatches. Handle and coordinate with delivery personnel for smooth - last-mile delivery. Identify issues in operations and fix them before they escalate.

Key Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in operations / data handling / logistics. Someone who takes ownership—not just follows instructions. Strong attention to detail (mistakes here directly impact customers). Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to handle pressure during high order volumes. Positive communication skills for internal coordination.

Preferred Skills :-Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations. Understanding of order lifecycle and inventory flow. Familiarity with order management systems or CRM tools. Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
