Job Summary

Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility Center is seeking experienced OT Technicians to support surgical and clinical procedures by ensuring the operation theatre is prepared, equipped, and maintained according to established healthcare standards. Candidates should be committed to patient safety, infection control, and effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during procedures.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of OT instruments.
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Monitor OT supplies and report inventory requirements.
- Assist in patient positioning and transfer while ensuring safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to OT activities.
- Ensure OT equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly.




- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.

Eligibility

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant OT experience.
- Karapakkam location: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in IVF, Gynecology, Laparoscopy, or General Surgery OT is preferred.

- Knowledge of OT protocols and sterile techniques.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
