Position: Assistant Operations Manager – E-commerce Warehouse

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to manage day-to-day e-commerce warehouse operations and ensure seamless coordination between marketplaces, warehouse, supply chain, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily e-commerce warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and order fulfillment.

· Coordinate with marketplace POCs (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.) for purchase orders, replenishment, inventory planning, and operational issues.

· Work closely with warehouse, supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and stock availability.

· Monitor and manage Purchase Orders (POs), inventory allocation, and replenishment planning.

· Handle and coordinate activities related to WMS (Warehouse Management System) and OMS (Order Management System) .

· Ensure accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and process compliance.

· Support both B2C e-commerce operations and B2B order management , ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.





· Track operational KPIs, identify process improvement opportunities, and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and marketplace compliance.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of e-commerce warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.

· Hands-on experience with WMS, OMS, ERP , and inventory management systems.

· Good knowledge of B2B and B2C supply chain operations .

· Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.

Experience

· 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations or supply chain.

- · Experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio , or similar platforms will be preferred.
