We are looking for a Operation Manager who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel/resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, effective departmental coordination, and achievement of operational and financial goals. The role involves managing front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, security, and guest services while maintaining company standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, departmental performance, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Sales, and Reservations teams.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to improve productivity and service quality.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower across departments.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, banquet facilities, and hotel premises.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs,



safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for operational requirements.
- Analyze operational reports and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and operational support.
- Ensure smooth execution of conferences, banquets, weddings, and special events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Support business development initiatives to improve occupancy, revenue, and guest retention.

Reporting To General Manager / Managing Director

Working Conditions

- Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to travel between hotel properties when required.
