Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented professional to join our hospital and clinic group as Operation Business Development Manager - Group The candidate will oversee operations across all branches ensure service quality and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution This position requires relocation to our Gujarat branch as part of the operational requirement Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate operations of all hospitals and clinics under the group Ensure smooth functioning service quality and compliance with healthcare standards Work closely with Branch Heads and Department HODs to maintain consistency and operational excellence Develop and implement business development strategies to expand patient base and service reach Identify new opportunities for business growth and partnerships Review performance reports and submit regular updates to management Lead train and motivate teams to achieve group objectives Support management in planning and executing new hospital or clinic projects Qualifications Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Operations and Business Development in the Hospital Clinic or Wellness industry Robust leadership communication and analytical skills Energetic proactive and willing to relocate to any branches Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
