We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer with robust expertise in OpenShift Administration, DevOps automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native technologies.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience managing large-scale OpenShift environments, automating infrastructure deployments, building CI/CD pipelines, implementing GitOps-driven delivery models, and supporting cloud migration initiatives.

This role requires a strong engineering mindset with expertise across Linux, Kubernetes/OpenShift, automation, platform engineering, and enterprise infrastructure solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, standardizing, and automating technology platforms while ensuring scalability, security, availability, and operational excellence.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

- Design, install, configure, manage, and automate large-scale OpenShift clusters
- Develop and implement automation solutions for platform provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Ansible, and automation frameworks
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and support modern DevOps delivery practices
- Implement GitOps-driven configuration management and application deployment approaches
- Support application migration initiatives from traditional environments to cloud and container platforms
- Design standardized technology stacks and reusable platform components
- Develop automation solutions to enable zero-touch and unattended deployments
- Perform platform capacity planning, performance optimization, and scalability improvements
- Collaborate with architects, application teams, security teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise platform solutions
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide recommendations on platform architecture




- Troubleshoot complex platform issues related to OpenShift, Kubernetes, networking, security, and integrations
- Support production stability by improving automation, reliability, monitoring, and operational processes
- Contribute to engineering best practices, open-source adoption, and continuous platform improvements

Required Technical Skills OpenShift / Kubernetes

- Strong hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift Administration
- Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and managing enterprise-scale OpenShift clusters
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts and container technologies
- Understanding of OpenShift virtualization (KubeVirt)
- Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator certification is preferred

DevOps & Automation Strong hands-on experience with:

- 8+ years of experience in technology engineering / platform engineering roles
- Strong experience working in large enterprise environments

- Experience implementing automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code solutions
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies

Preferred Experience

- Experience in enterprise cloud transformation initiatives
