1. Responsible to check the Consultant’s comfortable working conditions in the OPD area.
2. Coordinate with consultants for OPD appointment scheduling.
3. To meet and greet patients, visitors to the practice in a friendly and courteous manner.
4. To direct patients to the appropriate skilled.
5. Authorized to collect the OPD feedback forms, scrutinize and submit it to the higher authority.
6. Coordinate with billing department and other clinical departments like CT/Radiology/Pathology for smooth OPD Operations.
7. Check all things in the OPD are in the proper place.
8. Guide the patient for pathology, radiology department for investigation and to the payment counter to make the case paper.
9. Attend all training session provided by hospital and in service education to develop expertise and further knowledge.
10. To complete and maintain all OPD related documentation as per NABH protocol.
11. Keep record of OPD Collection/ OPD Consultant payout / Record of fresh OPD cases and follow up cases consultant and month wise.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
