Role Description This part-time remote role is for Teachers, Tutors, Trainers, and Skill Experts joining the Xplooreze platform. Daily tasks include planning and delivering engaging lessons or training sessions, tailoring teaching methods to fit individual learner needs, and tracking progress.

Educators will use Xplooreze’s online tools to schedule, communicate, and manage sessions, while maintaining professional and timely interactions with students and parents. Responsibilities also involve creating or curating learning materials, giving constructive feedback,



and taking part in platform initiatives or community events to help strengthen the learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to facilitate learning across academic subjects, languages, skills, or hobbies..
- Experience in online or blended learning environments, familiar with basic digital tools and video conferencing platforms.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, coaching, or training experience; relevant degrees, certifications, or demonstrated expertise in subject or skill areas are highly beneficial.
