Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Technical Authority: Act as the lead escalation point for the site team, diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and automation failures to minimize downtime.
Operations & Maintenance: Develop and manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment, transmitters, sensors, and actuators to maximize uptime.
Rapid Problem Resolution:



Expected to be the & technical anchor & during plant outages, providing the advanced diagnostic logic needed to get systems back online quickly. Doing RCFA and presenting different reports to stakeholders including customers.
System Optimization: Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, DCS, and SCADA/HMI systems.
OPEX Optimization: Expectation to reduce & emergency spend & (which is usually 3-4x more expensive) by shifting the budget toward high-impact preventative maintenance.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with related stakeholders including customers and managing operations effectively.
Zero-Base Forecasting: Ability to build an annual budget from scratch based on actual asset health data, rather than just copying the previous year’s spend.
Asset Stewardship: Manage the lifecycle of critical assets, ensuring equipment reaches its maximum life expectancy through proactive maintenance and calculated capital inves
