Role Description The Performance Marketer will manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This Part-time, remote role in Bengaluru involves planning and executing paid media campaigns,



optimizing budgets, and monitoring performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. The role includes developing data-driven strategies, running A/B tests, refining audience targeting, and improving landing page performance in collaboration with design, content, and technology teams. The Performance Marketer will prepare regular reports, present insights to stakeholders, and recommend optimization initiatives based on analytics. Responsibilities also include staying current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
