Role Overview:
As Sundew continues to expand its global footprint, we are seeking a visionary Vice President – Marketing to lead the organization's overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion initiatives.
This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with solid execution capabilities who can build high-impact marketing programs, strengthen Sundew's global brand, drive qualified business opportunities, and lead a high-performing marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership




Define and execute Sundew's global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
Develop long-term marketing roadmaps to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends to drive sustainable growth.

2. Brand Strategy & Corporate Positioning
Build and strengthen Sundew's global brand across digital and offline channels.
Lead corporate communications, thought leadership, PR initiatives, analyst relations, and employer branding.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

3. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
Drive integrated marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, pipeline creation, and customer acquisition.
Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise clients.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
