Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative / Education Consultant at ApplyAZ, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into enrolled students.
These are not cold leads.
These are students who have already shown interest through our ads, website, forms, consultations, or other marketing channels. Your role is to move them through the sales process from first contact to paid conversion.
This is a full-cycle sales role. You will qualify leads, follow up persistently, understand the student’s goals and pain points, book meetings where needed, handle objections, and help close the sale.
You must be highly organized, fast in follow-up, solid on calls, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who can balance consultative selling with urgency and execution.
What You’ll Do
Manage inbound leads generated through ApplyAZ’s website, ads, forms, and other acquisition channels
Contact leads quickly through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM follow-up
Qualify students based on academic background, budget, goals, language, destination in
