Role Description The Technical Manager – Engineering & Product Development is responsible to lead the engineering function for defence electronics modernization, AI-enabled inspection systems, and future indigenous product development. in the Aerospace and Defence domain. This position is based at Noida.



Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding R&D; initiatives, supervising technical teams, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of projects aligned with performance, safety, and compliance standards. The role involves providing technical support for ongoing programs, reviewing designs and documentation, managing schedules and resources, and driving continuous improvement in engineering processes. The Technical Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, risk assessment, and lifecycle management of products and systems.
