This is a foundational role
This is not a seat on an existing SDR team. It's one of the first outbound hires at LeafCraft. There is no polished script sitting in a shared drive, no proven call list, no established cadence to slot into. You will build the first version of all of it: the opener, the objection handling, the qualification muscle, and the daily discipline that everyone hired after you will inherit.
That makes this role a fit for a genuine self starter, someone who can pick up a raw target list and an early stage pitch, get on the phone, and figure out through repetition what actually works, without waiting to be handed a finished playbook. You'll get real context, coaching, and access to the GTM and Sales heads, but the day to day dialing, judgment calls, and iteration
