Are you an experienced Software Testing Team Lead passionate about building high-reliability embedded software for aerospace applications? Join an innovative engineering team developing next-generation aviation and UAV technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers.
Design, write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
Drive the complete testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with software development and systems engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with RTCA DO-178C standards for safety-critical software.
Support testing and validation of embedded and avionics-related systems.
Improve QA processes, test automation, and continuous integration practices.
Coordinate system integration and verification activities across cross-functional teams.





Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
10+ years of software testing experience in embedded systems.
Strong experience in manual and automated testing.
Hands-on experience with embedded software testing.
Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and engineering processes.
Strong understanding of RTCA DO-178C.
Experience with the Qt Framework.
Aviation or aerospace software testing experience is highly preferred.
UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) domain experience is an advantage.
