The role acts as a bridge between strategic account planning and operational delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong client servicing expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead teams in a rapid-paced marketing and brand activation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Manage client communications, project updates, deliverables, and issue resolution.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Campaign & Project Management
Translate client briefs into actionable campaign plans.
Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing, activation, and experiential campaigns.
Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and project milestones.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with Creative, Operations, Production, and Finance teams.
Ensure accurate briefing and seamless internal communication.
Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Drive efficient execution across multiple stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain campaign trackers, client records, approval documents, and project reports.
Prepare periodic status reports and performance updates for management.
