Key Responsibilities :-

Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent; build and scale high-performing teams in GCC
Lead multiple teams (FTE + vendors), fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and Technical mentoring as needed.
Establish best practices for AI-driven software engineering, automation, and productivity acceleration.
Lead transformation of mainframe-centric systems to distributed, cloud-ready architectures using modern engineering practices and AI automation.
Establish metrics (SLAs, KPIs) for reliability, performance, and delivery outcomes




Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies across people, process, and technology.

What are we looking for :-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3–5+ years in people leadership roles
Proven experience managing medium to large, complex programs with multiple dependencies
Experience in financial services or brokerage domain preferred Technical & Leadership Expertise
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software engineering practices
Experience building and operating highly available, scalable distributed systems
Demonstrated experience driving AI-assisted engineering adoption & AI-DLC
Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants) and their application in enterprise environments
Understanding of automation, agentic workflows, and AI-driven productivity acceleration (pre
