About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the end-to-end finance function for Driffle’s global group of entities. This role carries full ownership of accounting, reporting, compliance, controls, and financial governance across multiple jurisdictions, while directly managing finance team members and coordinating with outsourced accounting, tax, and compliance partners.



It will act as the single point of accountability for group financial accuracy, statutory compliance, consolidation, and management reporting, while partnering closely with senior leadership to support growth, scalability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Group Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial reporting multiple jurisdictions. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage inter-company accounting, reconciliations, eliminations, and support transfer pricing processes.

Finance Operations: Own complete finance operations, including bookkeeping, payroll accounting, GST, TDS, statutory filings, and audits. Partner with HR and leadership teams on payroll, headcount planning, and employee cost controls. Ensure compliance with Indian Company Law, tax regulations, and filing timelines.

Finance Management: Manage and review work performed by external accounting
