What You'll Do

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring

Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases

Support onboarding and employee documentation

Help organize employee engagement activities

Maintain HR records and reports

Assist with day-to-day HR operations

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace





Eagerness to learn and grow in Human Resources
