We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project documentation, oversee customer communications, and drive operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has solid project management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and experience managing engineering or technical projects while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end project execution from project initiation through delivery and closure.
Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and execution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor project progress against timelines, scope, and deliverables.
Identify project risks, manage change requests,



and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Project Documentation & Governance
Prepare and maintain project documentation during project initiation and execution.
Review and standardize quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.
Manage project records, documentation, and archives in document management systems.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, documentation standards, and governance requirements.
Commercial & Order Management
Review commercial contracts and project-related documentation.
Prepare order confirmations, invoices, bank guarantees, and commission-related documentation.
Coordinate order processing activities and complementary project deliveries.
Raise purchase requisitions and ensure timely issuance of delivery documentation.
Prepare credit memos and maintain accurate commercial records.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
