Works independently under limited supervision,



applying technical expertise to develop coordinated 3D models and construction documentation in alignment with project and digital delivery standards.Supports project execution while contributing to BIM capability development and team performance.Responsibilities:Develops and maintains 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project specifications and standards.Produces detailed construction drawings and documentation, including lighting layouts, power distribution, cable routing, containment systems, earthing, and single-line diagrams (as applicable).Provides direct project support and production for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Ensures compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project-specific standards.Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to resolve clashes and ensure proper system integration.Performs QA/
