Role Overview:
As Sundew continues to expand its global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Sales to lead our global sales strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen our presence across international markets.
This role requires a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in B2B IT Services and Digital Transformation sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-value enterprise relationships, driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and leading a high-performing global sales organization.





Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute the organization's global sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive sustainable revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
Identify emerging market opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
Build a robust and predictable sales pipeline across target geographies.

2. Enterprise Sales & Client Acquisition
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.
Develop relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers across global enterprises.
Drive strategic sales initiatives for Digital Transformation, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Enterprise Applications, and Product Engineering services.
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
