Deputy Manager - Business Marketing

We're looking for an execution-focused Business Marketing professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys working closely with business teams, translating commercial priorities into impactful in-store marketing programs, and driving merchant engagement through strong on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive merchant engagement, customer footfall, and transaction growth (GTV)
Partner closely with business, sales, product, and creative teams to develop compelling in-store campaigns and merchant communication
Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing assets across merchant locations, ensuring timely deployment and quality implementation
Identify opportunities to improve merchant performance through targeted activations, seasonal campaigns, and localized marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance, gather market feedback, and provide regular updates to stakeholders




Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs
Support business teams with marketing collateral, campaign rollouts, and activation plans across key merchant segments
Maintain execution calendars, budgets, and deployment trackers to ensure operational excellence

Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Business Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Marketing Operations
Experience executing marketing campaigns across offline and retail channels
Robust project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across business, sales, and creative teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
