We're hiring a D2C / Shopify Operations Executive at Zavya.
Our website is one of our biggest revenue channels. We need someone who owns it end to end — banners, collections, launches, offers, catalogue hygiene, campaign execution.
If you've run Shopify day to day, catch errors before customers do, and move fast without being chased, this is for you.

Zavya is a contemporary silver jewellery brand scaling fast across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce. Our website is one of our largest revenue channels — we're hiring someone to run it day to day.

What you'll own
Daily Shopify operations: banners, homepage, landing pages, collections, product uploads
Accuracy of listings, pricing, offers, tags, and inventory visibility
Campaign and offer setup — discount codes, coupons, bundles — for BAU and events such as Rakhi, Valentine's, Akshaya Tritiya, festive,



and current launches
Execution support for push notifications, WhatsApp, and emailers (correct links, codes, landing pages)
Catalogue hygiene: titles, images, variants, SEO fields, Tags. Finding and fixing broken links, wrong pricing, missing images
Coordination with design, marketing, tech, warehouse, and CX to close website issues
Trackers for launches, offers, banners, and issues + daily/weekly updates

What we're looking for
1–3 years in Shopify operations, D2C website ops, e-commerce ops, or catalogue management
Hands-on Shopify experience strongly preferred
Sharp attention to detail — this role is customer-facing, errors are visible
Strong Excel/Google Sheets
High ownership, fast execution, strong follow-up
