The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java) to join our growing Digital Technology team in Hyderabad. You'll work closely with clients and delivery teams to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications using Java, modern full-stack technologies, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex business challenges, contributing to solution design, mentoring peers, and exploring emerging technologies such as Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

Location: Hyderabad, India. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design, build, and support scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern full-stack technologies.
Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions across backend and frontend components.
Collaborate with architects, project teams,



and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Contribute to solution design, technical discussions, and engineering best practices across projects.
Work with AWS or Azure cloud platforms to develop and deploy cloud-native applications.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD activities to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.
Mentor and support junior engineers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development approaches.
Partner with onshore clients and stakeholders, providing explicit communication on technical solutions, progress, and risks.
Provide L2/L3 support for developed applications, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and Architecture.
