Job Summary
NDMIT is seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer | Performance Marketing for its Indore Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented digital marketing training while simultaneously managing the branch's performance marketing initiatives.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and the ability to mentor students through live projects, case studies, and hands-on training. The candidate should be capable of balancing classroom training with real-world campaign execution to contribute to both student success and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) platforms.
Generate high-quality leads while achieving target KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and Conversion Rate.
Conduct audience research, keyword analysis,



competitor research, and campaign planning to improve advertising performance.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently and maximize return on marketing investments.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
Implement A/B testing, conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and landing page optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for management.
Stay updated with the latest platform updates, AI tools, automation trends, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Digital Marketing Training
Deliver practical and industry-oriented classroom and online training sessions on Digital Marketing concepts and tools.
Train students on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, Google Analytic
